WHITE POTATO PIE

One 9 inch pie crust

2 cups mashed potatoes

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs, separated

1 cup whole milk

Nutmeg

Combine potatoes, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg yolks together and mix well. Add milk; mix. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into prepared pasty crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
